متطلبات توثيق اتفاقية الممثل المعتمد للأجهزة الطبية في السعودية

1. إذا كان المصنع القانوني خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب توثيق اتفاقية الممثل المعتمد وفقًا لما يلي، قبل تقديمها ضمن إجراءات التسجيل لدى الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء السعودية (SFDA):

الدول الأعضاء في اتفاقية لاهاي (Hague Convention):

الحصول على ختم الأبوستيل (Apostille) الصادر من جهة معتمدة في الدولة الأجنبية.

الدول غير الأعضاء في اتفاقية لاهاي:

يجب توثيق الاتفاقية من الجهاتالتالية:

أ) غرفة التجارة في الدولة الأجنبية.

ب) وزارة الخارجية في الدولة الأجنبية.

ج) السفارة السعودية في الدولة الأجنبية.

د) وزارة الخارجية السعودية.

2. إذا كان المصنع القانوني داخل المملكة العربية السعودية

يجب توثيق اتفاقية الممثل المعتمد وفقًا لما يلي:

أ) الغرف التجارية والصناعية.

ب) سفارة الطرف الأجنبي داخل المملكة.

ج) وزارة الخارجية السعودية.

يمكن البدء بإجراءات تجديد ترخيص الممثل المعتمد قبل شهرين من تاريخ انتهاء الترخيص.
لا يمكن تقديم طلب تجديد الترخيص إلا باستخدام اتفاقية ممثل معتمد موثقة وصالحة لعدد سنوات التجديد المطلوبة.
